Whether they are pushing paper, delivering paper, picking up paper, or signing paper, classified staff are supporting students in achieving their full potential. Dr. Rios discusses his research in the role that classified staff play in supporting students in their higher education journeys and demonstrates how classified staff should always see themselves as educators.
